A simple post-workout beard-care routine for sweat, washing, conditioning and keeping the beard fresh without over-washing.
Training can leave sweat, salt and product buildup in the beard. The goal after a workout is to get the beard fresh again without automatically shampooing it every single time.
Not always. If the beard only feels slightly sweaty, a thorough rinse with fresh water may be enough. If you trained hard, used styling products or the beard smells stale, use Beard Wash Shampoo.
If repeated washing leaves the beard dry, add Beard Conditioner. The Beard Wash Set combines both steps.
Once the beard is slightly damp, use a small amount of Big Sur, Arctic, Surtic or fragrance-free HYGGE.
A folding comb such as the GB 77T Folding Beard & Mustache Comb is easy to keep in a gym bag.
Sweat itself is not the main issue, but leaving salt and residue on the hair can make it feel rough or dirty.
After showering or rinsing is usually more practical because the oil goes onto clean, slightly damp hair.
