A simple post-trim beard-care routine covering washing, loose hairs, beard oil, balm and shaping after trimming.
A fresh trim can leave tiny cut hairs in the beard and make the shape feel slightly different for the first day. A short post-trim routine helps clean up loose hairs and settle the beard into its new shape.
After trimming, rinse the beard thoroughly. If you used a lot of styling product before the trim, wash with Beard Wash Shampoo.
If the beard feels coarse after washing, use Beard Conditioner.
Once towel-dried, apply a small amount of Big Sur, Arctic, Surtic or HYGGE.
A little Big Sur Balm, Surtic Balm or Hygge Balm can help guide the shorter hairs.
Use the GB 77T Folding Comb to settle the beard before deciding whether any tiny corrective trim is necessary.
